Welcome to Riverside Golf Club.  We are delighted to have you as our guest.  We know your round will be more enjoyable if you join us in observing the traditions described below

The bag drop is located adjacent to the Golf Shop, please identify your host so your golf clubs can be properly tagged.  Mens and Ladies locker rooms entrances are marked and located through the clubhouse foyer.  Practice facilities are available for your use.  Please check in with a member of the golf professional staff.

Speed of Play

1. Our pace of play rating is approximately four hours. Please maintain your position with the group in front of yours so that your round may be completed in the allocated time or less.

2. PLAY READY GOLF. To help you finish your round in four hours, always be ready to play your next shot. This means hitting out of turn when appropriate.

3. If at least one hole is open ahead of your group, you must allow the faster group behind you to play through.

4. The main feature of many of the holes at Riverside are trees, hazards and out of bounds, as are lost balls.  Accordingly a ball should be declared lost after no more than 2 minutes of searching solely by the caddie and player, so pace of play will not be unduly delayed.

5.  Advance the cause of fast play by anticipating situations, carry an extra club with you to your ball or rake a bunker should the caddie be occupied elsewhere with your playing partner or group.

Repair Ball Marks

Please use the Green Fix divot tool to repair ball marks on greens.
Repairing a ball mark takes just ten seconds to complete. An unrepaired mark takes over two weeks to heal.

1. Tap down divot first with putter.

2. Hold tool at a 45-degree angle.

3. Just PUSH around the ball mark…do not lift, twist, or jab.

4. TAP smooth with your putter.

Use Sand to Fill Divots

Either replace your divots or fill in your divot with the mixture provided on carts and tees.  Do not do both.

Cell Phones

The use of cell phones, pagers and beepers are permitted on the golf course or in and around the clubhouse.
